Furniture & Design Specialist (Full-Time) — Charleston, SC

We are hiring a motivated Furniture & Design Specialist to deliver an exceptional client experience and meet sales goals.

What You’ll Do

Guide clients from inspiration to install with tailored material palettes, layouts, and quotes

Provide a professional buying experience with proactive follow-up and after-sales care

Communicate by phone, email, and text in a prompt, polished manner

Maintain deep product knowledge; stay current on new offerings and trends

Collaborate across departments

What You Bring

~10 years of success in retail/furniture sales (quota-carrying role)

Consistent record of meeting/exceeding targets

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and service skills

Organized, calm under pressure, and effective in a fast-paced showroom

Flexible for varied shifts; basic math skills

Details & Schedule:

Full-time (40 hrs/wk). Store hours: Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm. Closed Sunday.

Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 per year, + paid training program
